I’m so glad you’ve taken the time to be here, allow me to provide a little background on myself and my awesome team of Board Certified, Registered Dieitians!
When asked the common question of ‘what do you do?’ my response is simple; I help individuals thrive on their way to health and wellness.
As a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator, I’ve had the privilege to spend the last 10 years of my career helping thousands of individuals control their diseases and lose weight, while eating what they love and finding peace with food!
Working one-on-one with clients for so many years has given me a unique understanding of what individuals struggle with and what resources they need in order to be successful in their goals. I believe in simple, sustainable and results-driven strategies when it comes to nutrition. Through this approach, my RD's and myself are able to help our clients reach lasting nutrition success, never before obtained! Torie Silverstone, MS, RD, CSP
Torie is an experienced and enthusiastic dietitian with a particular focus on balancing the pursuit of health with the joys of life. Torie received her undergraduate and graduate degree in dietetics and human nutrition here in Colorado from the University of Northern Colorado and Colorado State University. She is a nutrition expert in areas throughout the lifespan including pediatrics, adults, and pregnancy. Torie regularly sees success in counseling patients with IBS and other related GI disorders, prediabetes, food allergies, weight loss and cardiac patients. Torie has experience working with individuals, families, and groups targeting specific disease prevention and management.
Torie is a board-certified specialist in pediatric nutrition (CSP) and has worked for a number of years at Children’s Hospital Colorado. As a dietitian she manages infants and children with poor growth, picky eating, weight management, as well as complex childhood diseases that require specialty diets and/or tube feeding.
In her free time, you will find Torie outdoors enjoying the Colorado playground, cooking, and traveling the world. She loves to learn about the culture of food and lifestyle from other countries and enjoys bringing back unique and global ideas to promote health in her local communities.

Annalisa received an undergraduate degree in Nutritional Science from Pepperdine University, and a Masters in Human Nutrition Science from Arizona State University. She completed her dietetics internship while at ASU, where she focused on the investigation of sucrose and fructose and its internal effects on the human body.
During her first job at an outpatient clinic in Phoenix, Arizona, she realized her true passion was to create individualized counseling experiences for her patients, to help people understand their specific nutrition needs, and how to seamlessly implement dietary changes in their daily lives. She has experience managing medical nutrition therapy as it relates to pediatrics, diabetes, kidney disease, weight management, food allergie, and pre and post bariatric surgery.
She recently moved back to her home state, Colorado to be closer to family. During her free time you may find her hiking a trail in Evergreen, learning new recipes, and enjoying quality time with her family and dog, Finn.

What do all the Letters Mean?
A Registered Dietitian obtains a minimum of a 4 year, full time Dietetics undergraduate degree from an accredited university, executed over 1000 hours of a supervised internship and a passed national board exam.
A Certified Diabetes Educator is a health professional who learned comprehensive knowledge of and experience in diabetes management, prediabetes, and diabetes prevention. A CDE® educates and supports people affected by diabetes to understand and manage the condition.
A Master of Science involves analysis, lab work, and scientific research in the field of Nutrition and Dietetics. Mastering nutrition communication, research, biostatistics, macronutrient metabolism and weight management is the backbone to this higher-level degree.
A Masters in Business Administration is a graduate-level degree that covers a wide range of business fields, such as research and development, accounting and management.
A Registered Dietitian with a board specialty in pediatric nutrition applies evidence-based nutrition knowledge in providing medical nutrition therapy for pediatric patients. Specialists work directly with healthy and/or ill infants, children, and adolescents as well as children with special health care needs.
