Alex Hauspurg,

Alex Hauspurg is a Registered Dietitian who understands the importance of balance in all aspects of life. Specializing in weight management and disease prevention/management, Alex offers her clients an “all foods fit”, non-diet approach to wellness that is effective, individualized and science-based.

Alex received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from New York University. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Duke University and completed her dietetic internship at Montefiore Medical Center in New York City.

Alex mixes deep clinical knowledge with a passion for the mantras “do what you love” and “eat what you love”. In September 2019 she moved from New York City to Denver to get closer to the beautiful mountains and fresh air. She spends her free time exploring new hiking trails and searching for Denver’s best pizza. Alex believes that no one should live without the foods they love and with her approach, you won’t have to.
