I’m so glad you’ve taken the time to be here, allow me to provide a little background on myself and my awesome team of Board Certified, Registered Dieitians! When asked the common question of ‘what do you do?’ my response is simple; I help individuals thrive on their way to health and wellness. As a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), I’ve had the privilege to spend the last 10 years of my career helping thousands of individuals control their diseases and lose weight, while eating what they love and finding peace with food! Working one-on-one with clients for so many years has given me a unique understanding of what individuals struggle with and what resources they need in order to be successful in their goals. I believe in simple, sustainable and results-driven strategies when it comes to nutrition. Through this approach, our RD's and myself are able to help our clients reach lasting nutrition success, never before obtained! When attending an outpatient nutrition counseling session, your dietitian will work with you to assess your current nutritional status, eating habits, lifestyle, and goals to provide education and make personalized recommendations while honoring our weight inclusive and body positive values.

MEET GINA
RD
Gina earned her Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the Metropolitan State University of Denver and has over 8 years experience as a Registered Dietitian. Over the years, she worked in diverse inpatient and outpatient settings supporting those with GI issues, food allergies, obesity, and more. As an avid nutrition enthusiast and is excited to create lifelong healthy habits that increase optimal mental and physical health. Her food philosophy is a non-diet, "all foods fit" approach to nutrition and health that has proved invaluable to her patients. When she is not working, you will find Gina spending quality time with her husband and her little one, exploring new restaurants within Colorado, or traveling.

MEET LINDSEY
RDN, MS
Lindsey received her B.S. in Dietetics from the University of Central Missouri and Masters degree in Nutritional Science through Iowa State University. She began her career working as a community dietitian in Kansas City, where she saw the immeasurable value food and nutrition has on preventative health and managing various health conditions. Lindsey enjoys empowering clients to make informed decisions regarding their health by utilizing evidence-based methods. She has experience with a variety of general nutrition and Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) in both the hospital, clinic and outpatient setting. She creates a realistic and positive treatment plan that is customized for each person for their lifestyle and goals. Lindsey values developing lasting relationships with her clients and following their journeys throughout their lifespan. When she’s not working, you can find Lindsey indulging in her love for travel, hiking, taking daytrips to the mountains, or trying new restaurants.

MEET HEIDI
RD, CDCES, MS
Heidi is a registered dietitian/nutritionist (RDN), certified diabetes care and education specialist (CDCES), and a diplomate of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. She has a Bachelor’s degree from Washington State University in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology and a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from California Baptist University. Heidi has over 13 years experience in the outpatient setting with vast experience in weight and diabetes management and plant-based nutrition. Other areas of expertise include obesity management, renal disease, pediatrics and bariatric nutrition. For the past 6 years she has specialized in cardiovascular disease prevention and treatment. She enjoys teaching whole-food, plant-based cooking demos. Heidi enjoys spending time with her family and enjoying outdoor recreation!

MEET SYDNEY
RD, MS, CLC
Sydney is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) with a Master’s in Food Science and Human Nutrition. She’s passionate about making nutrition simple, approachable, and effective—offering real-life, evidence-based guidance to help you reach your goals without the overwhelm. With a warm, relatable style, she empowers clients to build confidence, create balance, and feel their best. Whether you're a busy parent or just looking for realistic wellness support, Sydney meets you where you are. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her daughter and taking long walks through city parks with her husband.
What do all the letters mean?
RDA Registered Dietitian obtains a minimum of a 4 year, full time Dietetics undergraduate degree from an accredited university, executed over 1000 hours of a supervised internship and a passed national board exam
MSA Master of Science involves analysis, lab work, and scientific research in the field of Nutrition and Dietetics. Mastering nutrition communication, research, biostatistics, macronutrient metabolism and weight management is the backbone to this higher-level degree.
CDCESA Diabetes Care and Education Specialist or Certified Diabetes Educator is a health professional who learned comprehensive knowledge of and experience in diabetes management, prediabetes, and diabetes prevention. A CDE® educates and supports people affected by diabetes to understand and manage the condition.
MBA A Masters in Business Administration is a graduate-level degree that covers a wide range of business fields, such as research and development, accounting and management.
